SVdP HELPING FAMILIES IN AUGUST

There were 690 families SVdP helped in August with food and financial aid. Food distribution was given to 619 families, consisting of 1388 adults and 577 children, total of 1965. In financial aid 72 families were helped in areas of utilities, gas for doctor appointments and prescriptions. Thank you Whiteside County for your generosity.

SVdP ENGAGES WITH CONFIRMATION STUDENT AND HER SERVICE PROJECT

Zoe Como chose St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry to complete a service at the Pantry. A Confirmation Student, Zoe stained the entry walkway at the food pantry as her service project for her Confirmation Class at Sacred Heart Parish. Zoe also has a paper to complete explaining her project. She is a daughter of Kate Scott and is an 8th grader at St. Mary’s School in Sterling. Keep her in your prayers as she moves forward to Confirmation.

SVdP ASSISTED FAMILIES IN JULY

In July SVdP assisted 549 families with food and financial aid. Food distribution was given to 486 families, consisting of 1151 adults and 485 children, total of 1636. In financial aid 65 families were helped in areas of utilities, prescriptions, and gas to doctor appointments. SVdP thanks all of Whiteside County for their generosity.

SVdP ASSIST FAMILIES IN JUNE

In June SVdP assisted 645 families with food and financial aid. Food was distributed to 603 families, that consisted of 1296 adults and 700 children a total of 1996 individuals. In financial aid 39 families were helped in the areas of utilities, prescriptions and gas to go towards doctor appointments. Thank you Whiteside County for supporting SVdP.

FAMILIES ASSISTED IN MAY

SVdP assisted 569 families in May with food and financial aid. SVdP distributed food to 530 families, make up of 1132 adults and 515 children, a total of 1647. Financial aid assisted 45 families in utilities, prescriptions, and gas to doctor visits. SVdP is very grateful to the generosity of local businesses, the community and other donations received that have supported us. GOD BLESS.

SVdP APRIL ASSISTS AT FOOD PANTRY

Assists of food and financial aid were given to 478 families in April. There were 437 families that SVdP distributed food too. Making up of 915 adults and 426 children, total of 1341. Financial aid assisted 42 families in the areas of utilities, prescriptions, and gas for doctor appointments. SVdP is thankful for the Whiteside County communities.
