SVdP was blessed to have received 33 cases of miscellaneous food from the Optimist Club. Thank you for all you do!! We are grateful for your support.
God is the God of the impossible and the ONE who can make a miracle out of any situation.
SVdP in October assisted 304 families with food and financial aid. Helping 30 families with financial aid in utilities, prescriptions, and gas for doctor appointments. Distributing food to 274 families, that make up 660 adults and 259 children, a total of 919 individuals. Thank you for your support Whiteside community.

In September SVdP assisted 357 families that came for food, consisting of 783 adults and 323 children, a total of 1106 individuals. In financial aid 39 families were helped in utilities, prescriptions and gas for Dr. appointments. Thank you Whiteside County Area for your support.
Newman High School students and staff held a food drive at their school. Students brought to SVdP boxes of food for donation. Thank you Newman and all that participated. It is very much appreciated.
SVdP Vincentians pick up their paint brushes to make a difference
SVdP volunteers participated in United Way of Whiteside County’s Week of Caring held Sept. 5th thru 11th. The volunteers painted playground equipment and a picnic table for the Home of Hope Cancer Wellness Center in Dixon. United Way holds this Week of Caring prior to their Fundraising campaign in the Fall. SVdP is located in Sterling, has been partnering with United Way since 2019 and receives funding through them for the SVdP food pantry and financial aid program. Well done, Vincentians!
