“I don’t know if you can help me, but my hours were cutback at my job and I need help with my utility bills. I have a wife and three children and I want to provide for them but I need some help. I was told that you are a food pantry and also help financially, so that’s why I’m calling. Please call me back”, said a voice quivering with desperation.
