On Sunday, March 3^rd at 2:30PM, EWTN will rebroadcast the SVdP movie “ Our Faith In Action”.

This is an excellent presentation of the types of work done cross the country to help those in need.  Mark your calendar and learn more about the work of St Vincent de Paul helping our brothers and sisters in need.

JANUARY UPDATE!

SVdP provided 125 families/319 individuals with food assistance. This number is a bit low but the pantry was closed for 4 days during the month.

25 families received a total of $1308 in financial assistance.

There were 16 new clients in January seeking either food or financial assistance.

We are continually thankful to be able to assist our neighbors.

St. Vincent de Paul pantry has recently adopted a new inclement weather policy.  Our new policy is to be closed when the schools in Sterling/Rock Falls are closed.

Thank you for your understanding as this is a safety concern for all involved.

During the past 4 years, St. Vincent de Paul pantry has provided 1,945 families/individuals with a total of $100,098 in financial aid.

We hope it has made a difference in the lives of those we helped. We are very blessed to be able to help others through the generosity of the Sterling/Rock Falls communities.

The pantry is closed today through Thursday, due to record breaking forecasted wind chills.

We will let you know Friday’s schedule as we get closer.

Due to the winter weather the pantry is closed today – Monday , January 28

We will watch the weather for the next couple of days and let you know when we are re- opening.

Winter storms are one way God asks us to pause and marvel at the beauty of nature.

Our pantry is OPEN today, Thursday, January 24 during regular business hours: 12:30 – 2 pm.
Please check back daily as we will open or closed depending on weather conditions.
